Voting with a Disability (July 13, 2020)
This video explains what it is like to vote with a disability. The video talks about how accommodations with voting work and what to expect when you vote. The video also explains that you can contact your state’s Protection & Advocacy Agency if something goes wrong when you are trying to vote and you need help from a lawyer.
Conversation Starter Kit (2020)
The Conversation Starter Kit is a tool to help you have a conversation with a supporter, health care proxy, family member, friend, or other loved one about your – or their – wishes regarding end-of-life care and health care decisions generally. It is available in several languages and different formats. There are dedicated kits for discussions with your health care proxy, for people with Alzheimer’s Disease or other forms of Dementia, and for talking to your doctor, and for children with serious illnesses.
