The Center for Public Representation (CPR) has partnered with five organizations to expand supported decision-making across Massachusetts. This second pilot has a particular focus on offering supported decision-making as an alternative to guardianship for transition-age youth.
CPR is providing training and technical assistance to the organizations who will identify individuals and help them develop supported decision-making agreements.
5 Pilot Locations:
Through workshops, conferences, and webinars, the SDM Project aims to reach hundreds of individuals, families, community leaders, and legislators.
